Fares Al Soud is a passionate community leader dedicated to improving the lives of those around him.

Originally from Montreal, Fares calls Mississauga and the Peel Region home, a place where he has worked tirelessly to make a positive impact. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto Mississauga, where he balanced his academic pursuits with his passion for community service.

Fares has always believed in the power of service. His experiences include volunteering at UTM’s local food bank, working with the Canadian Red Cross as part of the Peel Region Personal Disaster Assistance Team and Emergency Response Team, and taking on various roles in government. These experiences have shaped his deep commitment to making life better for families in the community.

As the Liberal candidate for Mississauga Centre, Fares is focused on building a future where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. He understands the challenges families face, and he is committed to creating good jobs, supporting small businesses, and ensuring affordable housing. Fares is passionate about strengthening public healthcare and creating an economy that works for all Canadians.
